On a beautiful Saturday morning a young intern artist gets up to get to his main boss on his book that he’s been trying to draw in a comic book series. He’s been drawing this comic series for many years now but he works mainly as an assistant and also sometimes as the main artist for the book. Every morning that he comes up with something to do and how to change the art style in a more productive and beautiful way. The job is really fun as he works with many new artists and he’s always improving his art and learning more about other people.

The job requires a lot as it’s heavily intensive and arms and hands importantly and most of the time we dispensary dry and pages and pages of pages of the books. One of the most concerning things that’s hard about the job is meeting deadlines as they can be really intensive and require a crunching time. This is one of the things that he hopes to learn but also improve in the industry that they don’t have to do this no more but still make their deadlines in a good way that is also helpful to our bodies.

What are the words he’s learning to improve the work and get better? The workers have meetings with his boss and other employees and talk about how to improve the working environment but also satisfy the company and the writers needs. By doing this and talking about it it makes the job better and him talking to his boss and communicating in their safe and nice environment it helps better prove the environment and improve the artist and writers cooperation with each other and becoming the best writers and artists I can become.

On November 7 morning, he gets up to go to the shop realizing that they have to finish the most that they have ever had to do in a year as this is the end of the series that he’s been trying for a while. He feels like he has learned a lot from the job and improved as drastically better than ever before.
