Week Five: Craziness at the movies

When I was a kid I would always go to the movie theaters with my friend Jake, this is one of those old movie theaters that used to be really big and have one big stage for the big one movies and a small stage for the movies. We would watch some of the big blockbusters that would be premiering back in the days. I remember when we used to go to this place we used to be at awe at how big it was every time we looked at it and how different it looked but it was still the same place. The vibe of the place was really fun and warm which is why we went there once a month. One summer We went to go see a new Spiderman movie that was coming out. I remember seeing people from our school which made us feel really uncomfortable because usually we were there by ourselves and we didn’t like to see our teacher from school in the theater. Jake quietly shouted “oh my God it’s Professor Jonathan”

Me being confused asking “where! where!”

Jake replying “over there dude”

 Both of us noticing that the teacher could see us quickly duck underneath the chairs so that our teacher would not see us. Don’t get us wrong we do like our teachers but it is awkward seeing them outside of school especially professor Jonathan because he was our mean teacher.  And both of us and I get along well with him. 

Jake getting nervous that he might be seen said

“hey dude I think it’s better that we just moved to the back and just watch from there so he doesn’t see us”.

Me being lazy and didn’t want to get up said  “I would rather just stay here cause I don’t think it’s that big of a deal”. Jake gets nervous that the teacher might tell his mom that he's out at the movies not studying and his mom might get upset at him. 

We wanting to make Jake comfortable, agreeing to just go to the back seats and wait out until the professor leaves so that he might just get comfortable with our hanging out. Afterwards we got to experience the movie and totally forgot the teacher was there.
